I can’t enjoy it, because I haven’t received it. It was supposed to have been shipped on the 15th of December I received a tracking # and a delivery date, as of Friday the 26th it hasn’t left your warehouse. If it wasn’t for me checking on the status seeing the delivery date was 23 December it probably would have gone unnoticed. Someone wasn’t diligent in doing their job and I’m not a happy customer.

Nothing wrong with the heater functionality. What's terribly wrong is that it's supposed to be a bolt on replacement for a Max e therm, yet its fittings are 1½inch off.

Another niggle is that it's display cover is too dark to see the readings.

No issues installing the heater. The piping matched right up. Only hard part of the whole process was getting it on the roof of the building.
